A Message About Extra Life’s Canadian Tax Receipts

We wanted to make a quick announcement regarding the Canadian tax receipt process.

In Canada, tax receipts are issued by each local Children’s Miracle Network hospital foundation, not through the CMN office. If you donated to the following hospitals in 2019 (and you are Canadian), you can expect to get your receipt from the hospital’s foundation by the end of March 2020.

• Children’s Health Foundation
• Children’s Hospital of Manitoba Foundation
• IWK Foundation
• Janeway Children’s Hospital Foundation
• Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation
• McMaster Children’s Hospital Foundation
• Operation Enfant Soleil
• SickKids
• Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation

If you still have not received your receipts by the end of the March, feel free to follow-up directly with the hospital foundation you donated to.

If you donated across country lines (as a Canadian supporting an American hospital or vice versa), we cannot issue tax receipts for out-of-country donations.
