Extra Life Boston Contest!

Calling all Extra Life Boston extraordinaires!

We want to see your best and we’re going to reward you for it! Between now and Monday, February 25^th, submit a reply to one (or more!) of the following categories to be entered to win either a trip to Extra Life United 2019 or an exclusive Extra Life Boston 2018 patient artwork mousepad, featuring artwork by our very own Extra Life Boston Patient Ambassador Jacob!

Submit one of the following:

• #WhyIExtraLife
• Extra Life Game Day photos
• Your own tried and true fundraising tips & tricks
• A video explaining or showcasing any of the above

All submissions must be made through this form by Monday, February 25^th.

Prizing:

• 1 participant will win a trip to Extra Life United 2019 (registration fee + $300 travel stipend)
• 5 participants will win 2018 Extra Life Boston patient artwork mousepads
• Participants will be entered for a chance to win for each submission, up to five times. Multiple submissions within in the same category are not preferred, but are allowed.
• Winners will be randomly selected and notified by Thursday, February 28^th
• If winners do not confirm receipt of prize by Monday, March 4th, secondary winners may be chosen.
