It’s nearly Game Day – Saturday, November 7! As we prepare for what may be a truly record-breaking year for Extra Life, we wanted to remind you of the difference you’re making for kids at Penn State Children’s Hospital.
Our team at Penn State Children’s Hospital is so grateful for the funds you raise, and we wanted to tell you a bit about how we put your dollars to work to support programs like the Patient Assistance Fund.
People of all financial abilities are fraught with medical concerns at any given time. However, the diagnoGame Day is sis of a critical injury or illness often compounds existing financial troubles for some families. To help address those concerns, Children’s Miracle Network supports Penn State Children’s Hospital’s Patient Assistance Fund to purchase things like gad vouchers, medication food vouchers, and durable medical equipment. The need for the Patient Assistance Fund has grown in light of COVID-19. Thank you for helping support programs like these!
