Tabletop Fundraiser Award – Amber Hanneken – Game HQ

This award acknowledges the individual or team who organized or took part in a local tabletop-themed event that excelled in fundraising and/or participant registration. The victorious event will have drawn significant attendance and/or raised substantial funds. This year’s winner is Amber Hanneken representing Game HQ. Game HQ is a complete store takeover for 25 hours, including raffles, tabletop RPGs, Board games, Tabletop wargaming, and Mini painting. Sponsorships were provided by local game stores, restaurants, credit unions and other gaming organizations. Throughout the 25-hour event, well over 100 people attended, after the very last raffle prize was pulled, the team announced that they had raised $15,000 for 2023.
