Extra Life Dayton For The Win on Game Day!

We are still smiling from what Extra Life Dayton accomplished on national game day at the beginning of this month. People all over the world were playing games to change kids’ health and change the future and the energy and enthusiasm was off the charts! There’s no denying the ELD community’s passion for raising critical funds and awareness for Dayton Children’s Hospital.

Just during Game Day weekend, ELD raised more than $13,000 for kids treated at the hospital!

To give you perspective, that is enough to purchase four new video game systems for our waiting areas. As you know, there’s nothing that helps you escape from the world for a little while more than getting into a game. We love to offer these video games in the waiting rooms so children can relax and take their minds off their upcoming appointment or procedure.

My friend Brody passed along his thanks to everyone who has participated in some way to Extra Life Dayton! Together, you have reached a huge milestone by raising over $40,000 this year… But we’re not done yet!
