Extra Life exceeds goal for kids at Children's Specialized Hospital!

Thanks to the dedication and generosity of 695 gamers we surpassed our $150,000 goal ($151,415 and counting to be exact!) to fund Vocera technology in our Mountainside location of Children’s Specialized Hospital.  We are so grateful! This technology, which allows clinicians to communicate hands free and respond to patient emergencies faster, will mean a lot to our Long Term Care population and their families.

A special shout out to our top 5 fundraisers for being leaders on this Extra Life journey! We would never have hit our goal if it wasn’t for their hard work and dedication.

1. 1. Asif Khan from Shacknews – THANK YOU for raising an astounding $82,622 and being one of the top 3 fundraising gamers in ALL of Extra Life!!!!
   2. Brian Remite – not only did our Guild President volunteer ALL YEAR LONG to recruit gamers, but he was also a top fundraiser raising an incredible $5,500!
   3. Playstation Nation – Glenn & Josh – thanks for sticking with our kids all the way from Wisconsin and raising a remarkable $2,551!
   4. Raheem White – thanks for raising an amazing $2,260 for the kids at Children’s Specialized Hospital!
   5. Michael Povermo – thanks for raising a wonderful $2,226 for our kids!
