Hi there, Extra Lifer! The CMN Hospitals + Extra Life marketing team needs your help! We are looking for great user-submitted content to help us market Extra Life to other change-makers like YOU.

We’d love for you to film yourself answering interview questions and reading prompts provided below. You can also upload any existing videos or images from your fundraising that you’d like to share with us, including stream clips! Please G-Rated content only.
