Extra Life Tabletop Weekend 2024

Tabletop Weekend is April 12-14 and we’re kicking off the year with a blast, syncing up with National Board Game Day (April 11). This shift creates an awesome opportunity for Seattle Extra Lifers to gather together to raise awareness and FUNds for sick and injured kids at Seattle Children’s.

You can host your own tabletop fundraiser for Extra Life, utilizing all the resources available at www.extra-life.org/tabletopweekend, including new tabletop fundraising ideas guides. There is no limit to the way that you can raise funds during Tabletop weekend. Whether you invite friends and family over to play board games, create a trivia night, or utilize one of the three custom D&D one-shot campaigns, you can make your game night special because you’ll be raising funds for Seattle Children’s!

Bonus Level: All Platinum participants who raise $100 between April 12-30 in celebration of all things tabletop, will unlock the 2024 Extra Life Glass D20!

In addition to your personal fundraising efforts over Tabletop Weekend, we’re hard at work connecting with game shops across the region to schedule events, so please check back with this page often.

Extra Life also has resources for shops interested in activating for Tabletop Weekend. Between tabletop tournaments (like Lorcana, Pokemon TCG, One Piece, MTG Commander, etc.) or demo/free-play, help Extra Life by donating tournament or admission fees to your local member hospital via Extra Life. You can find more information, including customizable tournament promo flyers, online at www.extra-life.org/tabletopweekendorganizer.

If you would like to receive the monthly newsletter or if you have favorite tabletop shop that would be interested in partnering with us for Tabletop Weekend, please reach out to erin.moore@seattlechildrens.org.
