The Extra Life Community is filled with creative people, and we want our creative community members to have a shot at making their mark on Extra Life history!
We are hosting our first creative shirt design contest in years! We want you to give it your best shot designing an awesome shirt for your fellow Extra Lifers who attend to wear! Please check out the rules below before you begin working on your design!
- This shirt design contest is open from today, 5/8/24, to Saturday, 5/25 at 11:59 PM PDT.
- By submitting a design, you are agreeing to the Terms of Submissions:
- By submitting my artwork to CMN Hospitals, I hereby donate my design to the organization and relinquish any ownership rights I may have. I understand that this donation grants CMN Hospitals the exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute my design as they see fit, without any obligation to provide compensation or attribution to me. This donation is made freely and voluntarily as a charitable contribution to support the mission and activities of CMN Hospitals. I affirm that I am the original creator of the submitted artwork and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third parties.
- The designs must NOT include prohibited items such as weapons, illicit substances, vulgar/suggestive/rude designs/phrases.
- Register to participate in Extra Life 2024. Only designs of registered participants will be considered.
- Limit your submission to 4 colors. (official brand colors are shown below)
- Include a description on if this is a front/back/front pocket design.
- The winning design will be selected by the Extra Life team and revealed at Ignite: Peer-to-Peer Leadership Conference!
